Le poste ou les missions :

As OneStock is growing international, expanding in new regions, we are looking for an experienced SDR/BDR to join as team lead of our growing SDR team.

This is a hybrid role: you will be both SDR Team lead (responsible of a team of three – possibly growing in the near future) and individual contributor as Sales Development Representative France.

The split of the time between these two roles will initially be around 25% as Team Lead and 75% as SDR France. Team lead role may become more preponderant in the future.

In your team lead role, you will be a “player coach”, supporting the development and growth of the SDR team and monitoring key metrics to analyze and improve the efficiency of SDR processes and techniques.

As an individual contributor you will be responsible for inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting within France, as for today OneStock’s biggest market. As the other SDRs in the team, you are held accountable by daily activity and call metrics along with monthly/quarterly quotas.

You are a passionate and well-organized sales development representative with experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or retail. You are excited about the product you are representing and have the grit and tenacity required while succeeding in a fast-paced environment.

Key Accountabilities

 

As an individual contributor:

·       Evangelize OneStock to prospects and qualify them for the sales team

·       Respond to requests from inbound leads in timely manner and conduct qualification calls

·       Do outbound prospection

 

As a team lead:

·       Work closely with the SDR team to provide them with needed training and support.

·       Monitoring key metrics to analyse and improve the efficiency of SDR processes

·       Be responsible for recruiting and for the day-to-day management of the team

 

Le profil recherché :

Requirements & Preferred Skills

·       You are a natural born salesperson and you are interested by managing other SDRs

·       Minimum of 2 year of experience in demand gen or cold call sales in Enterprise software, SaaS, retail or logistics. A previous experience as SDR team lead is a plus.

·       Speak fluently French and English. This is a mandatory requirement. A Third language is a plus.

·       A history of consistently hitting targets

·       Solid communications skills - both verbal and written

·       Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills

·       Competitive nature - should be eager to learn and win

·       Direct experience with HubSpot a plus

·       Experience in retail is also a plus.
